• Detecting issues and implementing early interventions to prevent adverse events such as noncompliance related to side effects, lack of understanding or skill of the client, and possible complications of the client’s primary disease state and/or comorbidities, and 
• Ongoing patient education based on a patient’s identified needs and strengths, thus empowering a client with knowledge, safe skills of self-administration and involvement in their prescribed treatment plan.

1A Solution has proven experience in providing the reports as required by the managed care providers for the Compliance, Adherence, Utilization, Quality Projects and Cost Saving reports. Each of the reports have very specific reporting requirements, such as with the Compliance Report, that is based on a patient's Medication Possession Ratio (MPR’s) or Proportion Days Covered (PDC) and the Cost Saving reports are based on hard and soft savings.
