The professional consultant brings knowledge, skill set, and experience for successfully obtaining your organization's accreditation.
1A Solution can reduce both time and cost of obtaining certification and/or accreditation due to the experience, knowledge, and expertise of our consultants in certification and accreditation processes with URAC, TJC, VIPPS, NABP, VIPPS, CHAP, or ACHC. The consultant is familiar with the accrediting agency standards and the elements needed to demonstrate compliance with the standard and standard elements.
The consultant can provide resources, templates, forms, and other identified missing required elements required by the standard that is proven acceptable to the accrediting agency.
This eliminates the need for the cost and time to brainstorm, create, implement, test, and when appropriate, redesign the product to demonstrate compliance to the standard.
1A Solution has a 100% success rate with assisting organizations with accreditation and certification of URAC, TJC, VIPPS, NABP, VIPPS, CHAP, or ACHC. Our goals are to have a successful survey with URAC, TJC, VIPPS, NABP, VIPPS, CHAP, or ACHC and avoid deficiencies and exceed expectations.
Today, most accrediting organizations do find deficiencies. However, the organization wants only a minimal number of "standard" deficiencies, which 1A Solution defines as 1 to 2 deficiencies when cited by the accreditation organization.
Our goal for the organizations seeking accreditation is to avoid "conditional deficiencies" or "numerous standard deficiencies, which will delay the organization obtaining their accreditation."
If the accrediting agency determines the organization is extremely out of compliance (numerous standard deficiencies) or has conditional deficiencies, the accrediting agency will make another site visit. The accrediting agency must ensure the organization seeking accreditation has implemented its submitted plan of corrective action and is in compliance with the standard, which further delays the organization obtaining its accreditation. Also, the accrediting organization may impose additional charges for the extra on-site survey, plus the exposure for additional deficiencies during the site visit.
As business owners and professionals will understand, any delay in an organization obtaining their accreditation is a loss in revenue opportunities and will add undue frustration.
Your healthcare consultant will evaluate the organizations' performance and compliance with the accrediting agency standards by utilizing the Gap Assessment Tool. The healthcare consultant will pay attention to vital areas to prevent conditional deficiencies, immediate jeopardy, or denial of accreditation.
If denied accreditation with some accrediting agencies there is a period up to a year before the organization can re-apply for accreditation. The organization has to start as new applicant, adding the cost of a new application, and for URAC that is over $45,000.00!
